him several awards, all of which were recognized by the prestigious Washington

himself a Buccaneer.
Football has always played an important role in Austin Ragans’ life.
Playing on organized teams not only fostered his value of sportsmanship, but
also developed his ability to be a team player. He learned how to communicate
effectively with others and function as a unit. Austin Ragans still
uses these skills today in his work with the sales of medical devices. For over
a decade, he has been highly successful in the field. He contributes part of
this success to the skills he learned while playing football with several close
knit teams.
Football also provided Austin Ragans with a social and physical
outlet. He made lasting friendships with many of his fellow teammates, and
enjoyed being able to exercise in a way that he finds fun. He considers
football to be a big influence on his personal development.
